I had been given a pretty bad hair cut from my previous regular salon and decided to go somewhere else. I was so fortunate to have Darren cut my hair and he was able to achieve a miracle with what I had left. I now have a beautifully cut style which is easy to manage. Esente will now be the salon which I will be returning to. Thank you Darren.

So happy as ever with my hair. Heather is an absolute genius at cutting and is always so friendly and welcoming. Love coming in to the salon as always really happy with the service and results. It’s a great friendly salon.

I have to say that I have nothing but praises for Darren and the team. I have wanted to change my hair sty for more than 20 years but every time I went into a salon to discuss a style to suit my face shape, I would simply be told it’s up to you…whatever your want etc. and believe you me I have enquired at a few salons in my time.Finally I plucked up the courage after battling through some health issues to find another salon and during my research I came upon ESENTE HAIR. After reading their reviews I decided to pay them a visit and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole service.Having had long dreary hair for what seems like forever, Darren talked through a style with me that would suit my face shape, type of hair, daily needs etc and maintenance requirements and although I wouldn’t have paid that much money in the past for a hair cut, it was definitely worth it and I’m so glad I did it!Not only did I get a head massage, on a reclining chair whilst having your hair washed but Darren talked me through each stage and he was clearly very knowledgeable in his profession. He gave me so many tips and I definitely left the salon a new woman! The only problem was that I had no where to go but my hair looked fabulous and I felt a million dollars.I would highly recommend the salon but more so to nervous individuals or those seeking a change to their style. My second visit since reopening. Felt very safe as all the proper measures are in place - even temperature checks! Joe and his team are doing a great job. Darren is a superb stylist and really listens to what you want with colour and cutting. Nice atmosphere in the salon and everyone is friendly.

1st visit - Darren was welcoming, professional really listened and offered his own ideas and advice I love my haircut ! 2 weeks on, so easy to manage and lits of compliments- would recommend and will be back

I've been going to Esente for over 4 years now. I came in after a disastrous haircut from another salon. Rebecca was amazing. She put me at ease straight away, went through the options and I left feeling amazing by the time I left. I've remained a loyal and VERY happy customer ever since. My hair is very curly and Rebecca gets that it needs extra care, and she never disappoints. Nothing is to much trouble. From the fab apprentices who make you feel so relaxed when washing your hair and bringing you lots of lovely coffees, to the banter and chat I have with Rebecca and the other staff (Naima and Darren, who ware also amazing stylists). I really can't rate the salon high enough.

I look forward to my Esente visits. The relaxed and friendly environment created by Joe and his team is a great stress-buster for me away from my day-job. I've been re-booking appointments on a 6-weekly basis since 2004!!

Best place in Wimbledon, great customer service and amazing team..treat you like a celebrity and service is high standards.
